R20 Asia-Pacific has entered into official collaboration with Asian Gateway, an enterprise focuses on realizing sustainable and inclusive societal environment in Asia through the development of renewable energy, promotion of energy efficiency, international consultation and funding resources provision.

Both R20 Asia-Pacific and Asian Gateway agree that the initial project will be a cooperation in waste to energy, which increases climate resilience and cost saving in its application.

R20 Asia-Pacific will together with Asian Gateway are committed to implement training programs for local community on energy efficiency, public private partnerships, renewable energy, eco-mobility and financial opportunities.

Through this collaboration it is expected to raise the social and political awareness of climate change for the people throughout Asia.
